We work from Ann Arbor across roughly a 50 mile radius, which covers Detroit Metropolitan Airport and the surrounding southeast Michigan communities. Airport work also reaches Flint, Toledo and Windsor. We do not operate outside the United States except for the Windsor connections listed above.<\/p>\n

How an airport pickup works<\/h2>\n
When you fly into Detroit Metro, call us on arrival and the driver will get in touch with you promptly. We track your flight and make every effort to accommodate time changes, so a delayed landing does not mean a lost ride.<\/p>\n
What we do not do<\/h2>\n
We are a reservation service, so we do not accept street hails and we do not operate a taxi rank. We do not provide medical care of any kind: our non-emergency medical transport moves a passenger to an appointment and nothing more. We do not sell anything through an online checkout, and we do not quote a firm price for a trip we have not been told the details of.<\/p>\n
Facts we deliberately do not publish<\/h2>\n
A fact appears on this page only when we can evidence it. We do not publish a founding year, a fleet size, a driver count, a licence or insurance number, or a guarantee, because none of those is documented on this site. A missing figure is honest.
