How an airport pickup works
When you fly into Detroit Metro, call us on arrival and the driver will get in touch with you promptly. We track your flight and make every effort to accommodate time changes, so a delayed landing does not mean a lost ride.
What we do not do
We are a reservation service, so we do not accept street hails and we do not operate a taxi rank. We do not provide medical care of any kind: our non-emergency medical transport moves a passenger to an appointment and nothing more. We do not sell anything through an online checkout, and we do not quote a firm price for a trip we have not been told the details of.
